1. Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day free exchange policy to ensure customer satisfaction. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, you may request an exchange under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Exchange:

  • The request for exchange must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards included.
  • The item must not be listed as a non-exchangeable product (e.g., software, consumables, or personalized/customized products).
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) must be provided.

Exchange Process:

  1. Contact our customer support team via [email/contact number] within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide details of the issue along with photos/videos of the product if applicable.
  3. Our team will verify the request and arrange for a pickup or guide you on returning the product.
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process the exchange and dispatch a replacement product.

Additional Notes:

  • If an identical replacement is not available, we may offer an alternative product of equal value.
  • If the exchange is due to a change of mind, the customer may need to bear the shipping cost.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

2. Refund Policy

We do not offer cash refunds for any purchases. Instead, customers can opt for an exchange or store credit.

Situations Where a Refund is Not Possible:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or external factors (e.g., water damage, electrical surges).
  • Products that have been used or altered from their original condition.
  • Any product that is returned without its original packaging and accessories.

Exceptions:

  • If we are unable to fulfill an order due to stock unavailability, we may issue a store credit or offer an alternative product.
  • If a defective product cannot be replaced, a store credit may be issued.

3. Delivery Policy

  • Same-day delivery in Lahore for orders placed before the cut-off time.
  • 4-5 business days delivery for other cities in Pakistan, subject to courier services.
  • Cash on delivery (COD) and online payment options are available.
  • Customers must inspect the package upon delivery and report any issues immediately.
